I <3 finding new things...

Today has been a day full of research, research, research...and on days like these everything can turn into a bit of a lovely creative, pretty blur. Although lovely, although creative, although pretty it's still a blur, meaning it's hard for me to remember one specific artist/style/piece that I really, really enjoyed. But today is a little different, I stumbled across a lovely little illustration by the artist Alberto Cerriteño... It warmed my heart and made me smile a little inside...


What is it about owls that make them so god damn adorable??! Seriously? What.is.it?
I love the effort put into this piece, I really like the attention to detail, the colours and different treatments used. Bah - this isn't an educated art review! - I just love the owl's curly little eyebrows and heartfelt message :))) !

Good thinking 99!

Last Night I went and saw Get Smart (highly recommend it to everyone! XD)

It was very funny and the fact that Anne Hathaway was Agent 99 made it even better!

Because she just gorgeous I decided to do a little vector drawing of her... (click image for FULL view)

Cupcakes, cupcakes, cupcakes!

Lately I've developed a little obsession with CUPCAKES!

I think it's due to my lovely boyfriend going through a baking phase and making cupcakes every weekend (mm so tasty..)



Since I lack the cullinary skills to bake superb cupcakes I have turned to drawing.
I wanted to draw some cute little cupcake characters in a bright, kawaii, vector style.

I didn't do much planning for these little guys, I was pretty happy when I made came up with these sketches!
